This means that we only collect a portion of your back pay if we are successful in obtaining Social Security Disability benefits.

If you are awarded Social Security Disability benefits (whether it is SSDI benefits or SSI benefits), the Social Security Administration will calculate the back pay and pay Disability Advocates Group directly.
